Unlike price comparison websites we don't just focus on the first year price
Combined with a fast effective customer service
Have complete peace of mind with a breakdown rescue service that'll get you back on the road 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our Armed Forces breakdown cover was designed with the needs of military service personnel, so has unique benefits such as:
Our patrol service will attend the scene of a breakdown and where possible carry out emergency repairs: you'll never be left stranded with Forces Insurance. Flat battery? We'll jump-start your vehicle or charge the battery. Puncture? Call us to fit your serviceable spare. We all know the most minor car problems cause major inconveniences, so we will repair all we can at the roadside.
If our emergency breakdown engineers can't fix the problem within one hour, we'll tow your vehicle and all passengers to an approved repairer or – if you'd rather – to your home address; whichever is nearer.
If we cannot repair your vehicle on the same day as the breakdown we will arrange (and pay) either
If you haven't even left home and your vehicle won't start, we will still come out at try to make repairs. Our emergency engineers can usually fix any problem within the hour and have you on your way.
As a company specialising in providing breakdown cover for members of the Army, Royal Navy and RAF, we appreciate the need to protect your identity. We will never reveal your identity to any of our Rescue Call Centre staff or the patrols, which is why all your documentation has been issued to show our alternative trading style ~ FIL Rescue. So whether you are in Belfast, Bristol or Bergen you can rely on us not to compromise your security.
As with all contracts of this type there are limitations to the cover provided. Please refer to the Policy Summary or ask one of our Insurance Advisors if you wish clarification on the extent of breakdown cover available.
